► Working principle of adapter:

Output wire cold pressed terminal welding connection, insulated with heat shrink tubing. Front view of PCBA module, with top soldered fuse, temperature fuse and varistor soldered on the left side of the fuse, insulation wrapped with heat shrink tubing, NTC thermistor soldered on the left side, safety X2 capacitor and common mode inductor soldered below, and high-voltage filter capacitor soldered on the right side. Weld the transformer below the high-voltage filtering capacitor, with the output terminal in the lower left corner. Weld the synchronous rectifier tube, filtering solid-state capacitor, and output filtering inductor. High voltage filtering capacitors are covered with foam, and large areas of adhesive filling and reinforcement are applied between components. The back of the PCBA module is soldered with a rectifier bridge, primary control chip, feedback optocoupler, and synchronous rectification controller. There is a clear isolation area between the first level. Through observation of the PCBA module, it was found that the power adapter adopts a flyback switch power supply design, with a fixed voltage output, and the output voltage is fed back by an optocoupler.
